TWLG series tube screw conveyor

TWLG series tube screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal transportation of granular or powdery materials such as grain, oil plant or feed, or inclined transportation close to horizontal (dip angle ≤20°), mainly used for batching for feed mill. 

• The tube body is a round tube closed structure with better tightness.
• Feed inlet with manual insert board, and with observation windows on both sides. It is convenient to remove the whole equipment for maintenance;
• Double seal structure at the shaft end, effectively prevent sawdust leakage;
• The discharge end is equipped with a large cleaning operation door for easy cleaning.
• The blade is formed by cold drawing, the pitch is more uniform and the blade is more wear-resistant.
• The blades are arranged with equal diameter variable spacing to ensure the overall discharge of materials in the bins.
• The feed section, the discharge section and the motor drive section are designed according to the standard modular design, and the middle section is convenient for length customization.
• Adopt split type transmission structure, convenient to adjust the direction of the motor at any time during installation on site;
• Motor and reducers adopt split structure, and are equipped with gear reducer to realize convenient maintenance and more stable operation.
