Flow process introductionDue to the large production capacity of this project, and the feed is mainly used for own farm, labor-saving automation equipment is adopted as far as possible. Main raw materials are stored in silo, the rest of the raw materials are fed manually by forklift through the intake in warehouse, the production process is controlled by central centralized control room, and the finished products use both automatic packaging line and bulk line. Among them, the production lines of high-grade baby pig feed and fattening pig feed are built in the same workshop. Except for the common raw material silos and bulk FP silo, the other equipment and operations are completely independent.

The 80tph corn deep-processing production line of Shandong China. The installation of this project began in August 2019 and ended at the end of November. After the epidemic situation stabilized in 2020, the project was officially put on site for commissioning in August and passed acceptance on September 12th. The project is supported by 6 nos of 5,000 ton bolted corn silos, with a building area of 22×18×31.5 meters for the main workshop of processing equipment. The production process is mainly to crush the corn and store it after high temperature sterilization and inactivation, and provide it to the downstream industry such as feed, corn starch, alcohol and other manufacturers.

The 3-5 tons of extruded aquatic feed production line specialized in the production of special turtle, eel and puffer fish feed.The craft process mainly includes: raw material receiving, cleaning, coarse grinding, first dosing and mixing, secondary grinding, secondary mixing,conditioning and extruding, pelletizing and coating, product screening and packaging, etc.

China Main products Professional 3 lines of SZLH678(50-60tph) Cattle & Sheep feed plant manufacturersThe features of ruminant feed( cattle & sheep feed) are coarse grinding fineness(screen hole diameter 4-8mm)，low curing and conditioning requirements（pellet mill adopts single layers conditioner），finished products with big pellet diameter（pellet diameter is around 4-10mm）. Three sets SZLH678 cattle & sheep feed process is with 50-60tph capacity, it adopts three grinding line, two batching & mixing line, three pelleting line and three packing line. The total equipment power is around 1670kw. The construction area of the production area is about 22.5*18*29.5m. The whole line is compact in design, reasonable in structure, meeting the requirement of environmental protection, and can be customized designed according to the requirements of customers. 

The features of poultry & livestock feed is that the crush fineness is moderate (the hole diameter of screen is 2-4mm), the curing degree is moderate (the pellet mill use double-layer conditioner), the retainer is reserved to improve curing degree and produce high grade feed, the diameter size of finish pellets is large (about 2.5-4mm). The capacity for 3set SZLH508 livestock and poultry feed line is designed to be 45tph, using three grinding process, one batching and mixing process, three pelleting process and two bagging and bulk process. The total power of this line is about 1650kw, the working land size is about 16.5×33×40.5m, and matching 4ton boiler. The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure and meets the requirement of environmental protection. Project customers have large-scale broiler farms, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of livestock and poultry feed production line mainly to produce broiler feed, supplemented by the production of conventional commercial pig feed with 16-20 working hours per day. Two crushing lines, two mixing and batching lines, two pelletizing lines and two packing lines are used. The batching and pelletizing of poultry feed line and pig feed line are completely independent, avoiding cross pollution and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

The production process is controlled by a centralized control room, and the finished product is combined by an automatic packaging line and a bulk line. The whole line design is with compact, reasonable structure and meet environmental requirements,  it can also be designed according to customer requirements.
