300000T per year poultry feed production line

Project customers have large-scale broiler farms, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of livestock and poultry feed production line mainly to produce broiler feed, supplemented by the production of conventional commercial pig feed with 16-20 working hours per day.  Two crushing lines, two mixing and batching lines, two pelletizing lines and two packing lines are used. The batching and pelletizing of poultry feed line and pig feed line are completely independent, avoiding cross pollution and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

Due to the large capacity of the project and feed is mainly used for the customer's own farms, so we try to use labor-saving automation equipment. The bulk raw materials (corn, soybean meal) are stored in silos, and other raw materials with small amount are fed by forklift manually through the intake of the warehouse. The production process is controlled by a centralized control room, and the finished product is combined by an automatic packaging line and a bulk line. The whole line design is with compact, reasonable structure and meet environmental requirements,  it can also be designed according to customer requirements.
